Meiro also carries G2’s Users Love Us milestone badge, which sits outside the quarterly cycle and outside the 38.

What these badges measure
A G2 Grid® Report plots vendors on two axes: customer satisfaction, computed from verified user reviews, and market presence, computed from a blend of review and public company data.
High Performer is the satisfaction badge: verified users rate the product at the top of its category. Meiro is a High Performer in all ten of its Fall 2026 categories.
Momentum Leader is a different report and a different question. The Momentum Grid measures growth, in reviews, employees and web presence, rather than absolute size. Leading it means moving faster than the category.
The three Momentum Leader badges are not in the same place as the volume. CDP is where most of the badges are, because it is the category with the most regional and segment cuts. But Identity Resolution and E-Commerce Personalization each produced a Momentum Leader off a much smaller base, which says the growth is not confined to the core category.
AI Marketing Agents produced four badges, three of them from Index reports. Best Support, Best Meets Requirements and Users Most Likely To Recommend score the experience of using the product: the quality of support, whether it does what buyers expected, whether they would recommend it. Meiro took all three in the same quarter.

Underneath the badges
Badges are a summary. The reviews underneath them are individual, and G2 verifies every one.
Across the Fall 2026 reports the rankings moved: the Grid Report for Customer Journey Analytics went from 52nd to 30th, and the Usability Index for Customer Data Platform from 38th to 19th. The distribution behind those positions matters more than the average:
Those are people far enough into production to have an opinion worth writing down.
The problems reviewers came to solve
Four problems that come up again and again in the reviews. All quotes are verbatim from verified G2 reviews; more of them, in full, are on our wall of love.
When identity falls apart across channels and devices
Identity stitching is superior! Compared to other vendors, Meiro's identity stitching rules are accurate and flexible, which helps us to get precise consolidated customer profiles across channels and devices.
One of the standout features of Meiro is how independent it allows our marketing team to be. Before, we relied heavily on IT to create and activate customer segments, which slowed down our campaigns. Now, with Meiro, we can do everything ourselves—build audiences, personalize experiences, and launch campaigns seamlessly.
We switched to Meiro after struggling with delayed data processing in our previous CDP. One of the biggest advantages is Meiro's built-in ETL layer, which allows us to work with real-time data across all our platforms.
Thanks to Meiro's built-in ETL and Reverse ETL, we were able to ingest data from multiple sources — including websites, CRM systems, mobile apps, and even offline touchpoints — without building additional infrastructure.

None of these are dashboard problems. They are the ones that decide whether a marketing team ships a campaign this week or waits on a ticket, and whether the profile behind that campaign is the right person.
Why ten categories
Ten categories is a direct consequence of the architecture. Because Meiro ships data collection, identity resolution, segmentation and activation as one platform rather than as separate SKUs, customers review it against whichever category matches the job they bought it for. A retailer reviews it as e-commerce personalization; a bank reviews it as a CDP; a data team reviews it as reverse ETL.
Two product releases account for most of the new coverage.
Meiro Engage, agentic marketing activation running on your own infrastructure: audiences, journeys, campaigns and personalization, with an agent layer that builds them. That is what put Meiro into AI Marketing Agents, Agentic AI and AI Agents.
Meiro Pipes, customer data infrastructure with 170+ native tools, giving AI agents real-time, governed customer context rather than a stale export. Pipes is what Meiro is evaluated on in Reverse ETL, where it earned Easiest To Do Business With.
Frequently asked questions
What is a G2 Grid® Report?
A G2 Grid Report ranks software vendors in a category on two axes: customer satisfaction, derived from verified user reviews, and market presence, derived from public company data. Vendors are placed as Leaders, High Performers, Contenders or Niche players. Unlike analyst reports, Grid placement is driven by customer reviews rather than vendor briefings.
What is a G2 High Performer?
A High Performer is a product that scores highly on customer satisfaction in a G2 Grid Report: verified users rate it at the top of its category. Meiro is a High Performer in all ten of its Fall 2026 categories.
What is a Momentum Leader?
Momentum Leader comes from the Momentum Grid® Report, which measures growth rather than size: growth in reviews, employees and web presence over the preceding period. Meiro is a Fall 2026 Momentum Leader in Customer Data Platform, Identity Resolution and E-Commerce Personalization.
How many G2 badges does Meiro have?
38 for Fall 2026, across 10 categories: 31 High Performer badges, 3 Momentum Leader, and one each of Easiest To Do Business With, Best Support, Best Meets Requirements and Users Most Likely To Recommend.
What is the Users Love Us badge?
Users Love Us is a G2 milestone badge rather than a quarterly report badge. G2 awards it once a product has at least twenty verified reviews with an average rating of 4.0 stars or higher, and it is held for as long as that remains true. Meiro holds it at 4.7 out of 5 across 82 reviews. It is separate from the 38 Fall 2026 report badges.
Does Meiro pay for G2 reviews?
G2 verifies every review it publishes and labels the ones that came from a seller invite, including any that carried an incentive. Meiro does run review campaigns, and the numbers say the incentive did not buy better scores: reviews that came from an invite average 9.25 on G2’s ten-point scale, against 9.42 for reviews left unprompted. The invited reviews rate Meiro slightly lower, not higher.
Which G2 categories is Meiro in?
Customer Data Platform (CDP), Personalization, AI Marketing Agents, Customer Journey Analytics, Reverse ETL, Agentic AI, AI Agents, E-Commerce Personalization, Identity Resolution and E-Commerce.
What is Meiro's G2 rating?
4.7 out of 5, based on 82 verified customer reviews as of the Fall 2026 reports. 80% of reviewers rate Meiro five stars and 18% rate it four stars, so 98% of reviews are four stars or above.
Is Meiro a good alternative to Segment, Bloomreach or Tealium?
It depends on your deployment requirements. Meiro is a composable CDP that can run on-premise, in private cloud, or inside your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, and it is not priced per monthly tracked user. If data residency or infrastructure control is a hard requirement, that is usually the deciding factor. We maintain head-to-head comparisons against Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Bloomreach, Treasure Data and Hightouch, including where they are the better choice.
A badge does not resolve an identity graph. What it does is settle the question that is hardest to check from the outside during a CDP evaluation: whether the people who already bought this thing are still happy eighteen months later.
On that question, 82 verified reviews with 98% at four stars or above is a stronger signal than anything we could write about ourselves.
If you are running an evaluation now, the CDP guide is the version of this with no badges in it: what a CDP actually does, how it differs from a CRM or a warehouse, and how to tell whether you need one at all.
