Whenever we spoke to our clients, they told us they were looking for capable data analysts. We knew from statistics that only 26% of women work in the Data & Tech field, which made it clear to us that this was an obvious target group. Founding She Loves Data became our way to give back to the MarTech community and support by nurturing new talent and skilled professionals.

The story behind She Loves Data and Meiro collaboration

She Loves Data was initially launched as a one-day workshop to demystify data and technology for women. This initiative began with the support of Minerra Australia and was spearheaded by our co-founders, Jana and Pavel.

Once Meiro was founded, it took over the responsibility to further nurture and develop the She Loves Data project, transforming it into a global community that drives change and advocates for equity in the tech industry through free education and training.

At Meiro, our involvement is deeply rooted in practical support: we fund, we mentor, and we open doors. Our team members lead workshops and craft programs, directly transitioning participants into tech careers.

She Loves Data is our non-profit arm, reflecting our dedication to diversity and innovation. This initiative allows us to contribute to the MarTech ecosystem by nurturing a diverse workforce, thereby enhancing businesses' innovative capacity.
