With roots in both Central Europe and our home in South East Asia, diversity and inclusion have always been regular conversation topics within Meiro. We recognise that well-balanced gender representation in the workforce is key for innovation and collaboration.
As part of the global tech community, we feel that a lot more could be done. In 2016, our co-founders started She Loves Data, a non-profit movement that aims to promote gender diversity in IT. Through this, we actively share knowledge through events and partnerships and inspire women to partner with other organisations pushing for the same cause.
Co-founder and CEO of Meiro, Jana, leaning on years of experience in enterprise software and data analytics, runs the show around here as well as the consulting team. She is passionate about data, tea, art, diversity and her non-profit initiative 'She loves data'.
Don't even try, just call him 'V'. Self proclaimed data nerd, V holds the product R&D fort in Central Europe. He is about all things data engineering, analytics and data processing, data science and technology. When he is not doing that, he is usually obsessing about coffee or motorbikes.
