Besides data, we are very good at creating communities. You might have heard about She Loves Data πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ. It's Meiro's founder's nonprofit project which is teaching mostly women about data, digital marketing, engineering, and the world of new technologies.

Our growing Marketing team is looking for a colleague for the position of Marketing Coordinator, who will be fully responsible for planning and coordinating company participation in industry conferences, organizing smaller private events and webinars, and running partner marketing initiatives. So, we are looking for a teammate who has an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform assigned tasks independently and come up with new ideas.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»How your role will look like?

Content creation:

  • Brainstorm and generate ideas for collaborative content projects;
  • Write, edit, and produce engaging content aligned with brand messaging;
  • Coordinate cross-promotion of content through partner channels.

Coordinate company participation in trade shows across three key geographies:

  • Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows;
  • Oversee booth design, merchandise orders, and logistics,
  • Manage event marketing budget.

Plan and organize small sales events (including webinars) locally and remotely:

  • Book venues, arrange catering, and manage logistics;
  • Develop event agendas and coordinate presentations;
  • Tailor events to target audience needs in collaboration with sales teams;

Merchandise and branding:

  • Maintain stock and order marketing collateral;
  • Coordinate orders with vendors and the finance department.

Partnership marketing:

  • Facilitate the exchange of marketing assets and ensure brand alignment;
  • Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded promotions.

πŸ“What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing;
  • Experience in executing joint marketing campaigns and co-branded promotions. The ability to identify relevant events, conferences, and trade shows;
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines (e.g. ability to prioritize tasks and leverage resources);
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to solve problems creatively;
  • Capability to work efficiently in both local and remote settings, planning and organizing small sales events and trade shows across key geographies;
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software for writing, editing, and producing content;
  • Competence in managing digital events, including webinars, and familiarity with relevant platforms and software;
  • Ability to work independently and high level of responsibility;
  • A person who is fluent in English - we are an international team. Czech is welcome.

Reporting to Eli (Marketing Lead) and Pavel (Head of Marketing & Product) and cooperating with Kamilla, you will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation and collaboration.
