We are seeking a skilled professional who combines the expertise of a Business Analyst with the client-focussed approach of an Account Manager, experienced in the implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for analyzing business processes and ensuring the successful deployment of CDP solutions but also for building and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize project outcomes.
👩🏻‍💻 Your mission in this role:
- Lead business analysis activities related to CDP implementation, including gathering requirements, documentation, and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, IT, data teams, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze existing customer data management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and CDP capabilities.
- Assist in data mapping and integration efforts to unify customer data from various sources.
- Define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the CDP implementation.
- Provide ongoing support and consulting to clients post-implementation, including monitoring CDP performance and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the CDP platform within the organization and by clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and clients, translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CDP technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

- A professional with 4-5 years of experience in data and software engineering, ideally with a background in digital agencies, e-commerce, or CRM.
- Experience with implementing analytics, CRM systems, or CDPs.
- A solution-oriented mindset and strong critical thinking skills to approach challenges and develop impactful solutions.
- A deep understanding of how businesses operate and the ability to analyze data challenges to identify where a CDP can solve problems, save time, and drive profit.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and get your message across.
- A commitment to focusing on impact, understanding that it’s not just a buzzword but the foundation of everything we do for clients, partners, prospects, and colleagues.
🔧Your regular day might look like this
- The day starts with emails, Slack messages, and sync calls with the internal team (most of us work remotely).
- You and the team set priorities for the next few days / weeks.
- The same routine applies to the client during weekly calls where you will discuss business case studies, consultations, testing, priorities and plans for the upcoming week.
- You will be helping to coordinate and manage the project to make the most effective progress.
- In addition to Slack, JIRA, and G-suit, you will create a presentation for clients time to time and manage projects in JIRA and learn how to use our internal product CDP.
- You will help build building our brand by maintaining client relationships.
