For our Czech team, we are looking for an Experienced Project Manager who does not shy away from large company environments and has experience in the international market. In your role you are going to manage our projects in Central & Western Europe and help us grow our business in the Czech Republic where we're originally from!

👩🏻‍💻 What do we expect from a project manager?

• We need a highly organised project manager with at least 4-5 years' experience, who can get the job done, has a good overview of each part of the project and know how to approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset and use critical thinking to propose solutions.
• You must be a natural in the world of data and software engineering and have an experience from a digital agency / e-commerce / CRM;
• You have implemented analytics / CRM or CDP;
• You are going to support and advise clients on digital marketing strategy using Meiro’s CDP;
• You should understand how companies operate, and their data issues to identify where CDP can solve a problem, save time and generate profit;
• Client onboarding and training is your responsibility: hands-on support for users of our platform and getting feedback from clients;
• The PM manages the full project cycle: conduct scoping with the client, planning & reviewing timelines and dependencies, follow-up with all parties;
• You know everything about our CDP product, you need to understand its technical implementation and at the same time be able to understand our customers and their business perspective.
• We expect clear and concise communication in verbal and written forms.
• You know how to prioritize tasks, balance responsibilities, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• You should be fluent in Czech, but your English should also be at a professional level!

📍What can you expect from this position?

• You’ll be part of a team of great data analysts, developers and marketers;
• You will manage projects from the start: planning of POC, full scope and ongoing implementations,
• You’ll learn all about the data architecture of large international companies, that use data within the company and for marketing purposes,
• You will be monitoring project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports,
• You will be consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phases of each project,
• A large part of your work will involve communicating with team members (Analytic & Dev team) and the client - you will negotiate with both to ensure the project is delivered on time;
• You’ll become an expert in customer data management and its use in business.

🔧Your regular day might look like this

• The day starts with emails, Slack messages, and sync calls with the internal team (most of us work remotely);
• You and the team set priorities for the next few days / weeks;
• The same routine applies to the client during weekly calls where you will discuss business case studies, consultations, testing, priorities and plans for the upcoming week;
• You will be helping to coordinate and manage the project to make the most effective progress;
• In addition to Slack, JIRA, and G-suit, you will create a presentation for clients time to time and manage projects in JIRA and learn how to use our internal product CDP;
• You will help build building our brand by maintaining client relationships;
• Our team will teach you all about our product and its use in digital marketing. You’ll also have time for personal development 📖
