As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Field Engineer to join our team and ensure seamless implementation of our solutions. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between our data analysts and the development team, ensuring that client-specific functionalities are implemented efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid coding background, strong understanding of databases, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. This role offers the opportunity to engage with clients directly, providing tailored solutions and leading implementation efforts.

🦸 What You'll Actually Do:

Work closely with data analysts to understand client requirements and implement specific functionalities.
Develop and code custom solutions for client implementations, including tasks like importing database sources and other data integration tasks.
Serve as a solution architect, designing and leading the deployment of our solutions for various on-premise customers.
Engage in pre-sales technical discussions, understanding client needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues that require coding expertise.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that custom implementations align with the overall product architecture and standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to the implementation team on coding-related tasks.
Document custom solutions and implementations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Contribute to the improvement of implementation processes and tools.
Potentially engage in R&D activities to explore new technologies and approaches.

🤹 The Skills You'll Bring:

3+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or similar.
Strong understanding of database technologies and data integration techniques.
Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with on-premise solutions and client-specific implementations is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions.

Desired Skills:

Experience with scripting and automation.
Familiarity with data analysis and working with data analysts.
Knowledge of industry-standard implementation methodologies and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
