Previously Jana led teams and country operations Estee Lauder, Sybase, Sas, and Socialbakers. With a degree in Computer Science, she started a data consultancy in Singapore and co-founded the non-profit She Loves Data. Jana's accolades include being named one of the "Top 25 businesswomen" in the Czech Republic and being featured on the "Singapore 100 Women in Tech" list.

Before founding Meiro, Pavel led Socialbakers' expansion into Asia and established a successful data analytics firm in Singapore. He then co-founded the non-profit She Loves Data and now oversees Meiro’s product strategy and client solutions, leveraging his extensive experience in data and digital analytics consultancy.

Jana, Pavel and V started Meiro in 2017 in Singapore after they had worked together in the Data Consultancy company Data Driven Co (Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand regions) that they co-founded in 2015.
They believed that the right use of consolidated customer data can make a difference for business of many companies. This concept proved to be right when the 4th largest bank in Indonesia asked for a consolidation of online & offline customer data into One Single Customer View.
At the same time, Gartner pointed out that CDP is a must for utilizing the investment into MarTech for any large organization to drive trends like personalization, precision marketing, micro-segmentation, etc. That is how Meiro was born.
