You are going to be the bridge between a client's business goals and our technical power. You aren't just "managing a project"; you are helping enterprise brands monetize their data. You are ensuring that our CDP isn't just implemented, but is driving real revenue, efficiency, and long-term value. And don't be worried - you never work alone on the technical side. In Meiro we always work in tandem with a dedicated analyst, who owns the technical implementation details and integrations - allowing you to focus on client value, use cases, and outcomes.
☀️ What's waiting for you?
- Own the end-to-end implementation process as a business & marketing translator. You turn marketing and business goals into clear functional requirements that our technical teams can build - always with ROI and activation in mind.
- Post-implementation, you'll stay close to the client to identify new use cases. You help them understand how data drives their margin and growth.
- Keep track of project scopes, timelines, and contractual obligations. You'll ensure JIRA is updated and stakeholders are informed - because structure is what allows us to scale.
- Stay "close to the metal" by monitoring client instances daily to ensure a seamless flow of data and campaigns, proactively catching errors before they impact the client.
- Use your commercial instinct to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll build relationships across the client's organization to lower dependency on single individuals.
- Maintain accurate project financial forecasts, ensuring timely billing and visibility into project profitability.
🎯 The experience, mindset & skills you'll bring
- Experience in project and account management is your foundation - whether that comes from SaaS, a digital agency, or from implementing any data product in a client-facing context.
- You speak "data language" - you don't need to have lived in the CDP world yet, but you need to be genuinely curious about it and ready to learn fast.
- You are comfortable owning numbers, managing project economics (margins/billable hours), and proactively seeking account expansion.
- The idea of owning complex, long-term relationships with global enterprise clients energizes rather than intimidates you.
- Czech language is a requirement, business English is a must.
