We are a data analytics software company with the home base in Singapore, where business and client services are, Jakarta, our sales office and Brno, Czech Republic where our product team is. The founding team started the journey more than five years ago in Singapore and puts together over a decade of experience in APAC market with a wide range of experience from digital analytics to enterprise software. At Meiro, through our product and accumulated know-how, we are solving the data fragmentation problem most brands are experiencing today. Our Customer Data Platform once and for all creates the ultimate single view of customers. Yes we know this is something every software vendor talks about for us it is our bread and butter.
We breath customer data, we eat data integration and we sleep.. well, we don’t sleep all that much because, you know, startup. We might be young and fresh company but we are dead serious when it comes to business. Our product has only been on the market since September 2018 but we already work with clients and partners in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong or Australia with large enterprises and brands, you would recognize!

Sales Executive at Meiro
Sales executive, code name: emphatic hustler. We don’t expect you to be a super(wo)man, at least not just yet but some experience is essential. Ideally selling marketing or analytics software to enterprise customers. You need to be already based in Singapore and have an existing network here.
This role is the first dedicated salesperson in our Singapore team. This means you will have the ability to co-create our account-based sales process, influence and design it, tweak it and optimize it. In this role you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying them and guiding our prospective clients through the process until the implementation and adoption of our solution.
Rather than a plain old job description, we asked Pavel our CMO responsible for both sales and marketing to lay it out for you, what does it mean to be sales executive at Meiro.
As a sales executive on my team at Meiro building sales pipeline is your mantra. You will be working with inbound leads, you will be working lead generation, which is always a healthy mix of social research and outreach and cold calling. You will be able to work with the marketing team to make sure we are getting the right message out there. Sales and marketing at Meiro is one team. You will work on a list of key accounts in Singapore, regional and local businesses. You will own the process from the beginning to the end. We sell to large organizations and you will need the ability to map and navigate complex stakeholder organizational structures.
One thing you are not though is that proverbial salesperson who would sell ice to Eskimos. This just won’t fly here. We believe in doing good business with customers where there is great product fit and our products add value.
Traits and skills for a hero sales executive include:
- Technological fluency and a good understanding of the martech & adtech landscape
- Great relationship and network building skills
- Resiliency to hearing NO, grit, and perseverance
- Cold calling, social selling and lead generation.
- Proven success in generating and closing new business
