An analyst at Meiro is a creative and adventurous role. We are a business-savvy startup with two main teams. First at our home base in Singapore, where business and client services are and Brno, the Czech Republic where our product team is. Recently we also started building a small team in Jakarta, where we plan to grow! This role is only available in Jakarta, Indonesia. The founding team has 8 years of presence in Singapore and APAC market with a wide range of experience from digital analytics to enterprise software. At Meiro, through our product and know-how, we are solving data fragmentation problem most brands experienced. We might be young and fresh company but we are dead serious when it comes to business. Our product has only been on the market for a year, but we already work with large enterprise clients and partners in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong or Australia that you would recognize!

PROJECT MANAGER AT MEIRO
We don’t expect you to be a super(wo)man, at least not just yet. But you should have some experience. With the right attitude, lots of technical skills can be learned really quickly. We are more interested in the cultural fit and attitude but as a project manager, you should ideally have experience managing the delivery of highly technical projects. Ideally, you have experience from digital space, data analytics or CRM.
Rather than a plain old job description, we asked one of our senior project manager Quinn to lay out for you, what does it mean to be a project manger at Meiro. Fasten your seat belt and let’s get into it. In a nutshell, my job involves:
In a consultative Project Manager role, you will serve as a bridge between the business side (usually marketing/customer experience folks at all levels from operational up to CMO) and the technical side (data analysts and engineers) on both teams, client and Meiro’s.
You will split your time between helping clients refine their marketing operational strategy, scoping the project, translating to technical requirements for the implementation team, and educating and guiding business users on our technology. This is very much a hands-on role. Project Manager at Meiro wears a different hat every day and it is many things but not an administrative role.
Knowledge and skills for a hero project manager include:
- A good understanding of the martech & adtech landscape, marketing analytics & operational processes
- Naturally you need to be fluent in English and ideally native in Bahasa Indonesia
- Curiosity and ability to work with uncertainty, because our product and industry is constantly evolving
- Be conversant about data integration, ETL, basic database, schema, and data structure concept. And more importantly, be able to communicate about these topics at various levels of technicality
- Basic knowledge in SQL, R or Python would be useful, to understand our technical implementation, but we don’t expect you to be a full-on analyst
- Presentation skills and being comfortable with public speaking is a must.
- Last but not least, you must have exposure to the business. You should know what CRM is and some awareness of what digital marketing is about. Business experience is key. A PM at Meiro works face to face with clients, solves real-world business problems and drives the business relationship further.
